Comet Canine’s eBrochure Series
BROCHURE 1 – PET DOG TRAINING SERVICES
LENGTH: 9 pages

SCOPE: Capture the essence of Comet Canine’s
Pet Dog Training that sets it apart from other
dog trainers and create an emailable brochure
for prospective clients

SAMPLE COPY: Expect Results!

No matter what Comet Canine training program
you choose, we can get the dog to perform as
you desire and we will demonstrate this at the
end of the training. Of course, your results at
home will depend on if you follow our
instructions on how to handle the dog, and you
continue to work the dog.

In our Starter Kit, Results Package, and
Individual Programs, we will coach you through
how to train the dog, and give you homework.
In our Dog Camp, Spot Training, and Extended
Training programs we will do the training for
you. If you do the homework and handle the
dog as we direct, you’ll get great results.
BROCHURE 2 – ASSISTANCE DOGS
LENGTH: 19 pages

SCOPE: Create a .pdf that not only tells
prospective clients about service dogs and how
they are trained, but also includes the initial
forms that can be filled out and submitted
electronically.

SAMPLE COPY: Comet trains dogs in real world
situations using modern scientific training
techniques.

Each Comet Canine Service Dog lives in our
homes rather than in kennels. They are
exposed, day in and day out, to the routine of
daily life in a household. They learn manners
and skills that can only be taught in the home.
They are able to work around distractions and
remain easy to handle.

Comet conducts formal training in public places
such as office buildings, stores, parks, garages,
and urban streets as well as the specific
environment of our clients. They have been
introduced to a wide variety of people and
animals. They are reliable despite exposure to
high levels of distraction. Our dogs are
experienced travelers in cars, buses, trains and
airplanes. This continuous immersion in real
world situations exposes our dogs to almost
anything our client may encounter.

As with people, dogs learn in a variety of ways.
Our acute awareness of each dog’s personality
allows for flexible training that brings out the
best qualities in each dog.
BROCHURE 3 – CANINE MOLD DETECTION
LENGTH: 7 pages

SCOPE: Build an eBrochure that not only sells
the Canine Mold Dection Service, but also
educates the consumer about the effectiveness
of canine olfactory capabilities.

comprehensive Professional Mold Inspection
services.

We do not perform mold remediation, so we are
unbiased in our search. Our fee is not based on
how much mold we find, so you can rest assured
you are getting the best value for your money.
Our inspection integrates the following three
phases to provide you with the most accurate,
most reliable information about mold in your
home or office. By providing accurate
information, we can help save you money on
remediation costs. By pinpointing the location of
hidden mold we can lower your remediation
costs significantly.

Industry standard Visual Inspection – This is the
inspection that all industrial hygienists and mold
remediators perform. We are certified by the
National Association of Mold Professionals to
perform a thorough and vigorous inspection for
structural defects, signs of past or present
water intrusion, and signs of active or past mold
colonization. Our trained professional inspectors
can evaluate the potential for mold growth in
your home or office.

Industry standard Bioaerosol Sampling and
Surface Sampling – We provide both viable and
non-viable air sampling services based on the
client's needs and on the findings from our other
inspection methods. We are fully trained and
certified to collect, handle, and interpret both air
and surface samples, ensuring you get the most
accurate information possible.

Canine Inspection – Used in conjunction with
the other investigation methods, canine
inspection enables us to locate and pinpoint
hidden mold that cannot be found in any other
way. If there is mold hidden behind your drywall,
a visual inspection will not find it. Air sampling
will give you a general idea that mold may be
present, but only using the amazing nose of a
dog can locate exactly where the mold is
located. This saves you from having to do costly
remediation of a whole room when only one wall
may be affected. The bottom line is that using
Molly will save you money.
